Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to join their compliance team in Malta. The successful candidate will provide technical compliance advice, conduct regulatory assessments, and collaborate with various departments. They will also represent the Group in regulatory matters and industry forums.Role involves:
- Owning and maintaining the change management process as required by relevant regulation.
- Interpreting and advising on technical regulations, requirements, and standards.
- Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses.
- Interacting with Regulators on technical compliance matters, including reporting.
- Reporting identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions.
- Acting as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in Information Technology Audit (CISA or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical compliance role within the gaming sector.
- Good understanding of industry best practices (ISO/IEC 27001, PCI:DSS, ISO 31000 etc.).
- Proven track record of working with key internal and external stakeholders in the online gambling industry.
- Technical experience to work comfortably with technical personnel.
- Ability to relate to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical compliance requirements into pragmatic business terms.
- High attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and ideally other languages.
- Team player and solution-oriented.
