Job Description
WPP is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. This role involves leading a small team of Junior Engineers, providing deskside support, and ensuring all standard technology services are maintained. The Senior IT Support Analyst will build strong relationships with business stakeholders, oversee the Campus Technology HUB, and manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.

Role involves:

Requirements:
  • 5 – 7 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role
  • Ability to work 100% on-site from designated office locations
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of AV technology
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and effective communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
