WPP is seeking a Bilingual Senior IT Support Analyst to join their Technology Operations team in Bogotá. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients. The Senior Analyst will resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement within the technology landscape.
Responsibilities: - Deliver on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and clients.
- Lead a small team of Junior Engineers.
- Provide deskside support and maintain technology services.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders to address technology needs.
- Oversee Campus Technology HUB and manage IT asset inventory.
- Educate colleagues on IT services, policies, and security.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Resolve Level 2 and 3 incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support hardware and software deployment and user relocations.
- Contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base.
- Manage IT asset procurement and lifecycle.
- Support local IT compliance activities.
Requirements: - 5 – 7 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
- Must be able to work from designated office locations.
- Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS.
- Working knowledge of AV technology.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
