Job Description
WPP is seeking a Bilingual Senior IT Support Analyst to join their Technology Operations team in Bogotá. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients. The Senior Analyst will resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement within the technology landscape.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site IT support to WPP employees, agencies, and clients.
  • Lead a small team of Junior Engineers.
  • Provide deskside support and maintain technology services.
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders to address technology needs.
  • Oversee Campus Technology HUB and manage IT asset inventory.
  • Educate colleagues on IT services, policies, and security.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Resolve Level 2 and 3 incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Support hardware and software deployment and user relocations.
  • Contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base.
  • Manage IT asset procurement and lifecycle.
  • Support local IT compliance activities.
Requirements:
  • 5 – 7 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
  • Must be able to work from designated office locations.
  • Strong cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS.
  • Working knowledge of AV technology.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (advanced level required).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
