Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Sr. Contract Analyst to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts. The role involves ensuring contract accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while also serving as a key advisor to sales and internal teams.GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company, empowering healthcare organizations to enable better patient care and maximize industry savings using our world class cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platform, solutions, analytics and services.Responsibilities:

• Drafting complex customer-facing documents.
• Reviewing and negotiating contract redlines.
• Understanding and applying go-to-market strategies.
• Maintaining high throughput and meeting SLAs.
• Validating agreement accuracy and compliance.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in contracts analysis or management.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of contract structures and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expert Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
