Job Description
Topsort is seeking an Account Manager to join their EMEA team in Barcelona. Topsort aims to democratize advertising technologies and create a privacy-first world of clean advertising. The company values straightforward communication, collaboration, and a fast-paced environment.This role involves:
- Establishing long-term relationships with key clients in the retail media sector.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Assisting new clients with onboarding and providing training.
- Identifying upsell opportunities and developing proposals.
- Achieving revenue targets and driving increased ad spend.
- Providing strategic advice to clients to optimize their retail media campaigns.
- Proactively addressing client issues and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, preferably with a technical background.
- Experience in account management within the retail media or advertising industry.
- Familiarity with retail media and advertising technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with a technical solution and translating technical capabilities to retailer language.
- Bilingual or trilingual is a plus.
