Job Description
Bobtail is seeking a Sales Manager - SMB - Factoring to lead an offshore team of Account Executives. This role is fully remote and based in Pakistan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed conversion targets with SMB trucking companies. They will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the recruitment team to hire offshore account executives. Bobtail values teams over individuals and encourages experimentation and iteration to improve constantly.

Role Involves:
  • Leading an offshore team of Account Executives.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Tracking weekly and monthly progress.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a manager.
  • Experience working in a start-up culture.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Previous experience in the FinTech or logistics industry (a plus).
