Job Description
Bobtail is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an offshore team of Account Executives focused on SMB factoring. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, coaching team members, and driving revenue growth within the SMB trucking sector. The Sales Manager will work closely with the team to ensure targets are met, processes are optimized, and a positive work culture is maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an offshore team of Account Executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to close high-priority deals.
- Ensure proper use of CRM and best practices.
- Iterate on existing processes to optimize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with recruitment to hire offshore account executives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a manager.
- Experience in a start-up culture.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
- Previous experience in FinTech or logistics (a plus).
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset.
