Bobtail is seeking a Sales Manager to lead an offshore team of Account Executives focused on SMB factoring. This role is fully remote and based in South Africa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting coaching sessions, and ensuring the correct use of CRM and best practices. Bobtail values teams over individuals and encourages experimentation and iteration to improve constantly.

- Collaborating with the recruitment team to hire offshore account executives
- 3-5 years of experience as a manager
- Experience working in a start-up culture
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)
- Previous experience in the FinTech or logistics industry (a plus)
