Job Description
Dialogue is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance member experience. Reporting to the Director of Product, the Senior Product Manager will lead a Scrum team to deliver impactful projects aligned with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with various teams, engaging with members, and managing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product leaders and internal teams.
  • Own and manage the roadmap for the Scrum team.
  • Engage with members to understand their needs.
  • Advocate for member needs internally.
  • Measure the impact of feature deliveries.
  • Translate complex technical concepts.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product management with B2C experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies (Scrum).
  • Proficiency in product discovery processes.
  • Strong user-centric and data-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
