Senior Product Manager, Member Experience

Job Description

Dialogue is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance member experience. Reporting to the Director of Product, the Senior Product Manager will lead a Scrum team to deliver impactful projects aligned with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with various teams, engaging with members, managing the product roadmap, and measuring feature impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product leaders and internal teams.
• Owning and managing the roadmap for a dedicated Scrum team.
• Engaging with members to understand their needs and influence product strategy.
• Working with engineering, design, and product teams for feature delivery.
• Measuring the impact of feature deliveries using analytics tools.
• Translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of product management experience in delivering B2C experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product development methodologies, including leading Scrum teams.
• Strong user-centric and data-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty.
