Job Description
Teads is seeking a Director of Business Development, CTV North America, to lead Connected TV supply growth. This role involves strategic thinking and execution, focusing on securing high-value partnerships with leading CTV players. The Director will report to the Global SVP of CTV Supply and operate as an individual contributor, managing the full business development lifecycle.
Role Involves:
- Securing strategic CTV supply partnerships across the US and Canada.
- Owning all phases of the business development lifecycle.
- Driving adoption of new CTV monetization formats.
- Acting as the face of Teads CTV to the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborating with product, legal, and operations teams.
- Shaping Teads’ long-term supply strategy in CTV across North America.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in digital media or adtech, with 2+ years in CTV.
- A strong network of decision-makers across the CTV ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of CTV advertising technologies and standards.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and internal alignment skills.
- NYC-based, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
