Job Description

Teads, now part of Teads Outbrain Inc., is seeking a Sr Sales Manager to join their Sales Team in Warsaw, Poland. The new Teads is the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, driving full-funnel results for marketers across premium media. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting the sale of Teads' platform to key agency and client accounts.

The Sr Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Teads' presence in the Polish market.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting and closing business with targeted agency and advertiser accounts.
  • Developing strong, mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a united vision when communicating with clients.
  • Representing Teads in the online marketplace and acting as a Brand Advocate.
  • Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Working closely with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning to manage client campaign expectations.
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage existing business relationships and open new ones.

Requirements:

  • Prior digital media sales experience, ideally within branding and performance.
  • Proven experience in ad sales and management.
  • Strong programmatic knowledge/experience.
  • Previous technology platform experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of the digital market.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Native Polish speaker.
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English.
  • Driven, passionate, entrepreneurial mindset, and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills.
