Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their award-winning team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and an excellent communicator with a passion for providing the best customer experience. This role involves assisting Greek and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone, alongside contributing to overall customer satisfaction and translating promotional materials.

Betsson operates on a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, allowing employees to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely providing flexibility and work-life balance. The company values employee growth, offering opportunities to develop skills and knowledge within the iGaming industry.

Role Involves:

  • Helping Greek and English-speaking customers via e-mail, chat, and telephone
  • Working together with your team to reach the best customer satisfaction (including other KPIs)
  • Translating promotional texts and/or customer surveys in your local language
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Following company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Additional languages are considered a plus
