ZipRecruiter is seeking an Account Manager to foster agency partnerships. This role involves managing relationships with Enterprise job advertising agencies to increase platform utilization. The Account Manager will work in a hybrid environment and be responsible for strategic planning and execution to grow agency relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting account analysis to understand key contacts and performance.
- Building strong relationships with agency decision-makers.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for agency relationships.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- Tailoring solutions based on end-customer requirements.
- Building ZipRecruiter's brand within the Agency.
- Staying informed on industry trends and market conditions.
- Maintaining activity metrics and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strategic consultative sales experience.
- Experience in selling pay-for-performance solutions to recruitment advertising agencies.
- Strong skills in building industry and account relationships.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations and objections.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
