Job Description
ZipRecruiter is seeking an Account Manager to foster agency partnerships. This role involves managing relationships with Enterprise job advertising agencies to increase platform utilization. The Account Manager will work in a hybrid environment and be responsible for strategic planning and execution to grow agency relationships.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting account analysis to understand key contacts and performance.
  • Building strong relationships with agency decision-makers.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for agency relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Tailoring solutions based on end-customer requirements.
  • Building ZipRecruiter's brand within the Agency.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Maintaining activity metrics and sales forecasts.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of strategic consultative sales experience.
  • Experience in selling pay-for-performance solutions to recruitment advertising agencies.
  • Strong skills in building industry and account relationships.
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations and objections.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
