Razorpay is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to implement people strategies and oversee end-to-end People Operations within designated business units. This role involves understanding Razorpay's business and products to enable business outcomes through HR interventions. The Manager will work closely with functional heads, drive HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing People Strategy for business units.
  • Owning end-to-end People Operations.
  • Managing core PeopleOps processes.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Result orientation & Problem Solving.
  • Driving Policy, Process, and Practices.
  • Partnering in Talent sourcing.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced/startup environment.
  • Managed an HC Size of 200-400 Folks.
  • Gritty and a Hustler.
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Experience with core HR domains.
  • Strong Analytical, Logical, and Numerical Aptitude.
