Job Description
Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Nashville location. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week and live within commuting distance of Nashville, TN. The Member Experience Manager will be the primary problem solver, community driver, and experience creator for Industrious members. They will manage the location, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with executives, representing Industrious in the local market, and identifying potential members. They will also be responsible for organizing events and providing exceptional service to members.
