Galaxy is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their Client Services team. This individual will act as a trusted resource and advocate for Galaxy's clients. What this role involves: - Providing client support via email, live chat, and phone.
- Maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Investigating client issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrating empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
- Participating in team discussions and knowledge-sharing.
- Adapting to changing priorities and company needs.
- Staying informed about company products and services.
- Managing client interactions using CRM & Support tools.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service, operations, or technical support in fintech or finance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Client-obsessed with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with client support tools like Zendesk, JIRA, and Slack.
