Galaxy is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their Client Services team. This individual will act as a trusted resource and advocate for Galaxy's clients. The role requires service excellence, operational accuracy, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be proactive, intellectually curious, and confident in handling complex client needs. They should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

What this role involves:
  • Providing client support via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Investigating client issues and providing solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrating empathy and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Participating in team discussions and knowledge-sharing.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and company needs.
  • Staying informed about company products and services.
  • Managing client interactions using CRM & Support tools.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service, operations, or technical support in fintech or finance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Client-obsessed with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with client support tools like Zendesk, JIRA, and Slack.
