Job Description

Workleap is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their ShareGate team. The developer will participate in all stages of product creation, from solution discussions to delivering features and contributing to user experience. The role involves close collaboration with other team members in a fast and efficient feedback loop.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and durable software solutions.
• Collaborating with PMs, designers, and developers to design useful features.
• Taking full responsibility for delivered systems and features.
• Contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Proposing technical improvements and proactively detecting problems.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in full-stack development, ideally in a product environment.
• Solid mastery of C# and .NET for the backend.
• Good knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
• Comfort with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
