Job Description

Workleap is seeking a Staff Developer for ShareGate, to spearhead the technical development of its new identity migration vertical. This role involves tackling complex challenges related to transferring user identities and access within Microsoft 365.He/She will be responsible for architecture, defining the long-term technical vision, and actively participating in the recruitment and integration of developers for the team.Responsibilities:

• Leading the technical design, architecture, and delivery of the identity migration feature.
• Building robust integrations with enterprise identity systems like Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Collaborating with Product, Design teams, and clients to align technical direction with product goals.
• Assisting in growing the future migration team by participating in recruitment and onboarding.
• Championing long-term design choices, mentoring colleagues, and influencing ShareGate's engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in identity systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, or alternatives like Okta.
• Experience in technical leadership in developing large-scale enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop developers.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product and Design partners.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and hybrid or desktop application environments.
