Job Description
Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their Scarborough Town Centre location. This role involves supporting the Store Management Team in various aspects of the business, from driving sales to leading training sessions. The Floor Leader will work to ensure exceptional customer experience, a motivated staff, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales through coaching and feedback to the sales team.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
