Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Friendly Center location. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
• Delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Educating customers on Lush brand values.
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing.
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
