Job Description
ExtraHop is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager to drive customer renewals and provide support. The role involves managing on-time maintenance renewals, identifying and resolving customer issues, and maintaining proactive communication with customers. The candidate will also be responsible for accurately quoting services, updating account activities in Salesforce, delivering sales presentations, and managing workload to meet sales targets.
- Manage and drive on-time maintenance renewals for existing accounts
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers
- Accurately quote services and provide supporting documentation
- Update all account/opportunity activities in Salesforce
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead customer meetings
- Navigate customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders
- Effectively manage workload and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales or account management, a strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce.

- Proficient in sales tracking systems and tools, including Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
