Responsibilities:
- Communicating Warby Parker's values to customers.
- Promoting an efficient and inclusive retail environment.
- Demonstrating product knowledge and offering style advice.
- Leading sales and front-of-house operations when a manager is absent.
- Opening and closing the store.

- Professional retail experience with 6+ months in management.
