Job Description
The Wow The Data and AI Adoption Leader role at Betsson is crucial for driving the adoption and effective use of Data & AI products across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure products are maximized to their full potential, assist teams in adapting to new processes, identify adoption barriers, and track the impact and business value of initiatives.
Role Involves:
- Ensuring effective use and understanding of Data & AI products.
- Assisting teams in adapting to new processes.
- Fostering a data-driven mindset and improving data literacy.
- Managing rollout initiatives from planning to execution.
- Identifying barriers to adoption and working with product and engineering teams.
- Tracking the impact, business value, and KPIs of Data & AI initiatives.
- Reporting on progress and showcasing the benefits of Data & AI products.
- Conducting workshops to showcase the use and benefits of Data & AI products.
- Liaising with partners to explore new products and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product adoption and transformation.
- Strong understanding of change and project management principles.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with multiple Data & AI technology stacks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business, tech, and engineering teams.
- Self-starter mindset and positive attitude.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
