Job Description
The Head of Marketing Analytics role is within a company located in Malta. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing analytics strategies to analyze marketing performance across various marketing channels, markets, and brands. The main goal is to support the organization in driving revenue and profitable growth.

Role involves:

  • Leading and managing the marketing analytics team.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy.
  • Analyzing marketing campaign performance and customer data.
  • Developing Media mix model and advanced measurement scenarios.
  • Customer satisfaction measurement and monitoring.
  • Conducting deep-dive marketing data analysis.
  • Managing and optimizing marketing performance tracking systems and tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establishing and maintaining data governance and quality standards.
  • Conceptualizing, creating, and maintaining performance dashboards.
  • Performing cohort analyses to identify trends in player behaviors.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BA / BS; Master’s degree a strong plus in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in delivering analytic results within database marketing and analytics, ideally in igaming.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a management or leadership capacity.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google analytics (GA4), Big Query, MySQL, familiar with ETL tools such as KNIME and at least one scripting language (R, Python).
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing.
  • Expert in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
  • Expert in visualization tools such as PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrates exceptionally good leadership skills.
