Easygo is seeking a CRM Coordinator to focus on the Indonesian market. The CRM Coordinator will be at the forefront of the company's retention strategy, taking charge of the marketing plan for the region and driving customer engagement and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring marketing efforts effectively resonate with the local audience.
- Coordinating Indonesian-based communication and content.
- Recommending and developing optimal campaign plans.
- Enhancing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Collaborating with content and marketing teams.
- Researching and sourcing relevant content.
- Monitoring and analyzing email/SMS campaign results.
Requirements:
- Retention marketing knowledge.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English.
- Experience working with creative teams.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to manage complexity.
