Job Description
Life360 is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join their Analytics team and support the Product Growth business units. This role is pivotal in driving user growth by identifying opportunities to enhance user experiences within the Life360 app. The Lead Data Analyst will focus on user onboarding and sharing features, owning reports for onboarding funnels, early live key feature engagement, and new user quality metrics. They will also contribute to designing the future data infrastructure and be a key partner to Product, playing a critical role in the company's data and testing initiatives.
What this role involves:
- Enhancing existing user growth and onboarding dashboards.
- Identifying and filling gaps in the understanding of product growth.
- Defining key metrics and building reporting to monitor performance.
- Generating insights that steer the Product testing roadmap.
- Designing, measuring, and scaling Product A/B tests.
- Identifying and solving issues with data availability, consistency, and quality.
- Creating impactful presentations that tell a story focused on insights.
- Working with Data Engineering to design data pipelines.
- Partnering with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as an analyst, data scientist, or BI Engineer.
- 4+ years of SaaS / consumer app experience.
- Expert capabilities with SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with advanced functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
