Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support regional marketing efforts in the DACH region. The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives. A strong skillset in both project & event management is a key element for this role. This role follows a hybrid work model.
    Role involves:
  • Developing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Collaborating with partners and associations to develop joint marketing programs.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance metrics.
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or related industry.
  • German speaker with depth and understanding on the regional landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility for travel within the DACH pacific region as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
