Diligent is seeking a Solutions Sales Specialist II to drive revenue growth for specialized compliance products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to generate pipeline and exceed quota within a specified territory. The ideal candidate will showcase Diligent's offerings to customers, aligning their requirements with the Diligent One Platform.
Role involves:
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Diligent Platform, focusing on Compliance solutions.
  • Prospecting new customers and up/cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Adopting a solutions-based selling approach.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle using the MEDDICC methodology.
  • Maintaining CRM records and forecasting bookings.
  • Gathering insights on the competitor landscape.
  • Collaborating with account teams to discover growth opportunities.
  • Traveling to customer meetings and industry events (up to 50%).
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years achieving revenue targets within the GRC industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning and expertise in internal products and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • High level of curiosity and empathy.
