They are behind "Juniper", a weight management program. The Customer Operations Specialist will be at the forefront of resolving patient issues and delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Telehealth or healthcare support, customer service, tech support or other problem solving roles
- Strong Japanese & English written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and customer service tools
- Proactive and reliable
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Genuine interest in healthcare and wellness
