They are behind "Juniper", a weight management program. The Customer Operations Specialist will be at the forefront of resolving patient issues and delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Telehealth or healthcare support, customer service, tech support or other problem solving roles
  • Strong Japanese & English written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and customer service tools
  • Proactive and reliable
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and wellness
