- Maintaining the knowledge base and staying updated with new trends.
- Serving as a point of reference for Payments Analysts/Shift Leaders.
- Conducting quality reviews and reporting results.
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Payments and Fraud.
- Prior experience as a trainer or similar position.
- Prior customer support experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
