Job Description

The Payments Quality Analyst role at a company in Malta involves ensuring all Payments Analysts and Shift Leaders are fully trained.

Responsibilities:

  • Acclimating new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Creating training programs and knowledge base.
  • Liaising with managers to determine training needs.
  • Delivering training courses and refresher sessions.
  • Assessing training effectiveness and incorporating skills into work behavior.
  • Maintaining the knowledge base and staying updated with new trends.
  • Serving as a point of reference for Payments Analysts/Shift Leaders.
  • Conducting quality reviews and reporting results.
  • Assisting in day-to-day tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Payments and Fraud.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or similar position.
  • Prior customer support experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
