Eucalyptus is seeking a Patient Operations Specialist to join their team in Japan. This role is not a typical customer support position; it requires proactively resolving patient issues and ensuring high-quality care. The Patient Operations Specialist will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding support to patients.Eucalyptus is dedicated to improving global health, particularly in addressing obesity and related chronic diseases. The company's Juniper program combines medication with personalized nutrition and exercise plans, supported by a multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities: - Take ownership of patient issues and ensure swift and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, pharmacies, and delivery partners to coordinate patient care.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Identify opportunities to enhance services through process optimization and automation.
- Monitor and escalate recurring patient issues to team leaders.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in Telehealth or healthcare support, customer service, tech support or other problem solving roles
- Strong Japanese & English written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and customer service tools like Zendesk, Zoom Phone, or LINE.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
