Job Description

Roofr is seeking a Field Sales Manager to join its Partnerships Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries and will be responsible for driving Roofr’s partner enablement program across North America. This role involves fostering relationships with supplier alliances and executing partnership enablement strategies.

The Field Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to strengthen Roofr’s partnerships within the roofing supply sector. They will also manage existing branch relationships, provide product training, and meet departmental objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps
  • Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners
  • Provide Roofr product training and onboarding support
  • Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Organize and host community events and meetings
  • Provide product updates through trainings and presentations
  • Travel to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks per month)
  • Master Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues between Roofr and partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management or relationship management experience
  • Experience in channel partnerships (a plus)
  • Experience managing partnerships with roofing supply companies (a plus)
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation
