Job Description
Roofr is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive its partner enablement program. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries. This role involves fostering relationships with partners, providing product training, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities: - Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps.
- Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners.
- Provide Roofr product training and onboarding support.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives and quotas.
- Organize and host community events and meetings.
- Provide product updates through in-person or virtual trainings.
- Travel to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks per month).
- Manage Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates.
- Collaborate with sales, success, revops, and support leaders.
Requirements: - 5+ years of account management or relationship management experience.
- Experience in channel partnerships is a plus.
- Experience managing partnerships with roofing supply companies is a plus.
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
