Job Description
Roofr is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive its partner enablement program. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries. This role involves fostering relationships with partners, providing product training, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:
  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps.
  • Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Provide Roofr product training and onboarding support.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives and quotas.
  • Organize and host community events and meetings.
  • Provide product updates through in-person or virtual trainings.
  • Travel to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks per month).
  • Manage Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates.
  • Collaborate with sales, success, revops, and support leaders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in channel partnerships is a plus.
  • Experience managing partnerships with roofing supply companies is a plus.
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
