Job Description
Roofr is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive partner enablement for supplier alliances in North America. The Partnerships Team is looking for a stellar Territory Manager with a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with sales and account management skills, capable of prioritizing and executing partnership enablement strategies, product training, and building long-term relationships.
Role Involves:
- Owning existing branch relationships and enabling sales reps.
- Driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
- Serving as the main point of contact for partners.
- Providing Roofr product training and onboarding support.
- Planning and meeting monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Organizing and hosting community events and meetings.
- Providing product updates through trainings and presentations.
- Traveling to partner sites regularly.
- Managing Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of account management or relationship management experience.
- Experience in channel partnerships (a plus).
- Experience managing partnerships with roofing supply companies (a plus).
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
