Job Description
Roofr is seeking a Territory Manager to drive its partner enablement program for supplier alliances across North America. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries.This role involves:
  • Owning existing branch relationships and enabling sales reps.
  • Driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Providing Roofr product training and onboarding support.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Organizing and hosting community events.
  • Providing product updates through trainings and meetings.
  • Traveling to partner sites regularly.
  • Managing Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of account management or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in channel partnerships and roofing supply companies is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, and Google suite.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
