Job Description
Roofr is seeking a Territory Manager to join its Partnerships Team. This role focuses on driving Roofr’s partner enablement program for current and future supplier alliances across North America. The Territory Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships with partners, providing product training, and driving growth through engagement programs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Owning existing branch relationships and enabling sales reps.
  • Driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Providing Roofr product training and onboarding support.
  • Planning, forecasting, and meeting departmental objectives and quotas.
  • Organizing and hosting community events and meetings.
  • Traveling to partner sites regularly.
  • Managing Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner-related updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in channel partnerships (a plus).
  • Experience managing partnerships with Roofing supply companies (a plus).
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
