Job Description
Roofr is seeking a Territory Manager to drive its partner enablement program across North America. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries, and possess strong communication, sales, and account management skills. This role involves prioritizing and executing key partnership enablement strategies, providing product training and onboarding, and developing long-term relationships to drive revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Owning existing branch relationships and enabling sales reps.
  • Driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Providing Roofr product training and onboarding support.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly objectives and quotas.
  • Organizing and hosting community events and meetings.
  • Providing product updates through in-person or virtual trainings.
  • Traveling to partner sites regularly (1-2 weeks per month).
  • Managing Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in channel partnerships (a plus).
  • Experience managing partnerships with roofing supply companies (a plus).
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (PartnerStack), Asana, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
