Betsson Group is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta. This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service to Swedish and English-speaking clients.
The Role Involves:
- Assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve the best customer satisfaction.
- Translating promotional texts and customer surveys.
- Managing customer accounts while adhering to responsible gaming practices.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Background in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
