Betsson Group is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta. This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service to Swedish and English-speaking clients.

The Role Involves:

  • Assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve the best customer satisfaction.
  • Translating promotional texts and customer surveys.
  • Managing customer accounts while adhering to responsible gaming practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
