Job Description
Nabis, the #1 Licensed Cannabis Wholesale Platform, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join their team in Bronx, NY. This role involves completing local product deliveries and warehouse transfers within the state. The Delivery Driver will cultivate positive relationships with vendors and customers, act as a knowledgeable steward for policies and regulations, and efficiently transport and deliver products while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Securely deliver time-sensitive packages to local retailers and facilities.
- Load and unload product into vehicles.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections.
- Inspect and care for packages during transit.
- Ensure all required paperwork is correctly signed off on by the customer.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues upon delivery.
- Communicate effectively with order support teams.
- Relate all relevant feedback from customers to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador and answer questions from customers.
- Comply with company security protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and customer relation skills.

- Adept driver abiding by all traffic rules.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Professionalism, patience, and a process-driven approach.
- Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Valid NY driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
