Remote is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, focusing on both backend and frontend development. This role involves a blend of management responsibilities (30% of the time) and active participation in product development.   • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
  • Actively participate in product development.

Requirements:
  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
  • Extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
