Job Description
Very Good Ventures is seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on demand generation. The ideal candidate will build outbound campaigns, identify new market opportunities, and surface qualified leads to drive pipeline growth. This role involves using tools like Clay, LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot to personalize and scale outreach campaigns. The Business Development Representative will partner with BD Executives to move deals forward and help shape how Very Good Ventures engages potential customers across key verticals.Role involves:
- Building targeted prospect lists.
- Executing multi-step outbound campaigns.
- Writing and refining personalized messaging.
- Monitoring campaign analytics.
- Collaborating with BD Executives and marketing.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or demand generation role.
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and / or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in booking meetings and influencing pipeline growth.
- Comfortable running tests and learning from data.
- Highly collaborative and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling.
