Job Description
Very Good Ventures is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to lead multi-platform projects and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This role involves working directly with clients to shape and deliver impactful solutions.
    Role Involves:
  • Leading the design and implementation of Flutter applications.
  • Engaging with clients to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Balancing multiple priorities and adapting to changing client needs.
  • Fostering a collaborative and proactive team environment.
  • Mentoring junior engineers.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing.
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development.
  • 4+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with state management using Flutter bloc.
  • Experience with backend integration and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
