• Building and leading a team of analytics engineers
• Developing project plans and timelines
• Performing code and design reviews
• Driving technology strategy and roadmap
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Defining and enforcing engineering best practices

Requirements:

• Ten years’ experience in analytics engineering
• Three years managing analytics engineers
• Experience working in a product-focused company
• Strong mentorship skills
• Solid understanding of data technologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership in driving major projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of modern software delivery methodologies
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouses, Data modeling, Advanced SQL, DBT, Airflow, ELT, and Looker
