Job Description
Lucid Software is seeking a GTM Operations & Strategy Analyst I to join their Go-to-Market Operations team. This role will partner with Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, and Business Automation and Intelligence to drive revenue by implementing and scaling process, knowledge, technology, and governance. Lucid Software is a hybrid workplace. Responsibilities:
- Act as a key business partner to the Go-to-Market Customer Experience teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the Go-to-Market Operations team.
- Assist with weekly forecasting calls.
- Communicate proactively and timely with GTM stakeholders.
- Solve problems creatively and strategically to identify inefficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally on implementing solutions to inefficiencies.
- Create dashboarding and reporting within Salesforce, Tableau, Gainsight, and Smartsheet.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum of relevant experience.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work efficiently in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
