A Product Manager role is available at Betsson in Malta. This position involves driving the development and improvement of gaming products. The Product Manager will own the product development roadmap and guide development to achieve desired outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders including product and engineering teams, and senior management.
Role involves:
- Defining and communicating the platform’s vision and strategy
- Generating, sourcing, and evaluating new ideas for product development
- Establishing delivery plans for roadmap items ensuring resources are allocated appropriately
- Taking ownership of overall product quality
- Driving the execution of the product roadmap
- Defining and communicating launch plans for new product releases
- Leading the product discovery process
- Collaborating with other departments to address internal user feedback
- Driving the effective collection and use of data to inform decision-making.
- Mentorship to the product teams
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Product Manager or similar in technology-powered products
- Experience with product development lifecycles
- Proficiency in modern product discovery and delivery techniques
- Understanding of modern technologies, frameworks, and systems
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience with agile and remote development teams
- Strong organisational skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of proficiency in English
