Senior Legal Analyst

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst to join their Legal team. The candidate will have prior experience in Legal Operations and strong organizational skills. They should also have sound judgment and decision-making skills, the ability and desire to work collaboratively with a high-functioning legal team, and an interest in the cryptocurrency and fintech industry.Role involves:

• Assisting with the setup and improvement of legal operations processes.
• Supporting the onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for legal technology platforms.
• Designing, developing, and implementing legal processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights on legal team performance.
• Providing administrative and operational support as needed.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience in legal operations.
• Ability to assist in the development of various legal processes, policies and playbooks.
• Self-starter, quick learner, hard working, highly driven and proactive.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage and multi-cultural environment.
