Job Description

OKX is seeking a Creative Campaigns Director to lead its global campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative social media and brand marketing expert with a passion for crypto and culture. This role involves collaborating with the US brand & social team to bring big ideas to life, craft compelling content calendars, develop eye-catching copy, and stay ahead of trends in both on-chain and off-chain worlds.

The Creative Campaigns Director will be responsible for:

  • Defining and developing campaign and program strategies tailored for crypto-first creative initiatives.
  • Writing and editing engaging, impactful copy and video scripts for multiple platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Brainstorming, pitching, and developing innovative social-first campaign ideas aligned with brand and product goals.
  • Creating inspiring visual and design briefs to guide creative execution.
  • Staying current with crypto news, creator trends, and platform updates; bring insights into the team.
  • Supporting larger brand campaigns with timely social content, creative input, and storytelling.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Tracking campaign performance, sharing insights, and deriving learnings to enhance future initiatives.

OKX requires:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content production or community growth.
  • Strong creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for high-performing content.
  • Proven project management ability to handle multiple initiatives efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, and how to adapt trends for brand use.
  • Familiarity with crypto, trading, or Web3 is a plus (or a strong desire to learn).
  • Experience with social scheduling and management tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, or native platform tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
