Job Description
EBANX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its core technical team in Curitiba. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development, expansion, and evolution of EBANX's payment processing platforms. This role requires promoting an engineering culture focused on high-quality code and technical leadership.

Role involves:
  • Promoting an engineering culture of high quality and flexible code.
  • Actively promoting the development of our technical leadership pipeline.
  • Sponsoring the development and evolution of internal tools and practices.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience as a technical leader.
  • 5+ years of experience with Object-oriented programming.
  • Vision for software quality and system evolution.
  • Knowledge in data structures, concurrency, persistence, and distributed systems.
  • Ability to learn new practices, technologies, and programming languages.
