Job Description

Eurowings Digital is seeking a Working Student - Content Management to join their Onsite Marketing team. The role involves working on the Eurowings website and app, providing customers with service, information, and campaign-related content. The candidate will collaborate with agile development squads and the Ground Operations team to enhance the customer journey.

Role Involves:

  • Creating multilingual customer- and SEO-centric content.
  • Assisting the content team in shaping Eurowings content.
  • Adapting content to fit different cultural contexts.
  • Working with Content Management Systems (AEM).
  • Implementing new website features.
  • Communicating proactively with other teams.

Requirements:

  • Currently completing a degree in Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, or similar.
  • Enthusiasm to gain experience in digital B2C and B2B communication.
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken), fluent German preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for copywriting, editing, and research.
  • Goal-oriented and team-oriented with independent working ability.
  • Previous internship or working student job in Content Management is a plus.
  • Affinity with AEM, Atlassian, or SEO-Tools is a plus.
