Eurowings Digital is seeking a Working Student - Content Management to join their Onsite Marketing team. The role involves working on the Eurowings website and app, providing customers with service, information, and campaign-related content. The candidate will collaborate with agile development squads and the Ground Operations team to enhance the customer journey.
Role Involves:
- Creating multilingual customer- and SEO-centric content.
- Assisting the content team in shaping Eurowings content.
- Adapting content to fit different cultural contexts.
- Working with Content Management Systems (AEM).
- Implementing new website features.
- Communicating proactively with other teams.
Requirements:
- Currently completing a degree in Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, or similar.
- Enthusiasm to gain experience in digital B2C and B2B communication.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken), fluent German preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for copywriting, editing, and research.
- Goal-oriented and team-oriented with independent working ability.
- Previous internship or working student job in Content Management is a plus.
- Affinity with AEM, Atlassian, or SEO-Tools is a plus.
